Tier 2 · Renewal Leadership
Formation,
not just information.

Formation Engagement
A structured season of formation for leaders with directional clarity. One offering. Two variants.
Most leadership development stops at content. Useful, but not formational. Information transfers ideas; formation shapes people.
Formation Engagement is the season where character, capacity, and skill are built into the same leader, or the same team. Anchored on a proven framework. Woven through with Faithful Leadership convictions. Shaped to the actual pressure of the leader’s work.
The Two Variants
One offering.
Two formats.
The intellectual spine is the same. The six voice domains, the four Faithful Leadership anchors, the flex slots, the formation summary — identical. What changes is whether the work is delivered to one leader or to a team.
Individual
One-to-one coaching across a season of formation.
For the founder, senior leader, or director who needs depth, not a curriculum-only program.
Twelve monthly 1:1 sessions across a year. The 5 Voices assessment anchors the early sessions; from there, the work moves through the six voice domains in 1:1 form, paired with the GiANT OS personal exercises and Renewal Leadership’s formation practices.
Team
The 5 Voices for Teams program, wrapped in Renewal Leadership formation.
For the leadership team navigating complexity, growth, succession, or strategic transition.
Twelve monthly touchpoints across a year — six facilitated workshops alternating with six integration sessions. Workshops are the GiANT spine; integration sessions weave in Faithful Leadership anchors and the team’s actual current pressure. Between-session coaching for the team lead runs throughout.
The Curriculum Spine
Six workshops.
One formation arc.
The 5 Voices for Teams program traces a clean arc from discovery to durability. Each workshop is paired with an integration session the month after, where the content moves from the program room into the team’s actual work.
Building on Tier 1
Tier 1 named your voice. Tier 2 forms it under sustained pressure. If you arrive from a recent Align Intensive, the 5 Voices assessment is carried forward, not re-taken — the Alignment Charter becomes the starting context, and the formation year builds on the clarity Tier 1 established.
-
01
Discover Your Leadership Voice The 5 Voices assessment. Each leader sees their foundational voice and where it sits in the team.
-
02
The Power of Your Voice The depth and presence of the individual leader. Where the voice is strongest; where it disappears.
-
03
Relational Dynamics How the voices interact in real conversations. The harder voice pairings get named and worked.
-
04
The Art of Collaboration Voice integration under execution pressure. The framework practiced on a live decision.
-
05
Optimizing Team Performance The team’s operating cadence. The gears the team actually shifts through across the week.
-
06
Team Performance Kryptonite What undermines the team. The practices chosen to protect against it.
Across the arc, the wider GiANT OS surfaces as the work calls for it: the 5 Gears, Communication Code, Influence Model, and Support/Challenge Matrix, alongside the personal and team exercises that turn the workshops into lived practice.
For the Individual variant, the same six domains are worked in 1:1 coaching — adapted for one leader, not a team.
The Renewal Leadership Thread
Four anchors.
Two flex slots.
What sits on top of the GiANT spine is Renewal Leadership’s. Four Faithful Leadership anchors thread through every engagement — surfaced in the integration sessions, named as recurring frames in the coaching arc.
- Alignment with conviction, not with trends.
- Anchoring in character, not in performance.
- Consistency over time, not intensity in the moment.
- Endurance under pressure, not burnout or compromise.
The Flex Slots
One to two sessions in every engagement are deliberately left flexible — to address what surfaces in the actual formation relationship, not what the curriculum predicted.
Ideal Client Profile
Founders and senior leaders with directional clarity · leadership teams navigating growth, succession, or strategic transition · faith-informed and mission-driven leaders ready for the deeper work of formation · teams that already have the language but need the shared practice.
Investment
One cadence.
Two variants.

What This Is Not
- Not a clarity engagement.
- Not a content-only program.
- Not therapy or clinical counseling.
- Not a substitute for a long-arc partnership.
Tier 2 is the formation arc. It is also part of a larger stack.
Many leaders enter Tier 2 directly. Others arrive after a Tier 1 Align Intensive has surfaced the formation work that needs a season of its own. Some step from Tier 2 into a Tier 3 Strengthening Partnership when the work has shifted from a season to an ongoing rhythm. The arc is composable — you can step in at the depth that fits the moment.
