Individual Leader Assessment
A confidential reflection tool for executives and senior leaders, structured around the three movements of formation: Align, Form, Strengthen. Taken at the start of the engagement and revisited quarterly.
Organizational Health Assessment
An anonymous staff survey that surfaces patterns across your team. Aggregated voices, never identified. Held in trust, used in service of organizational health.
Care resources and ongoing materials
Summaries, reflections, and materials specific to your engagement. The page evolves with the partnership.
Everything on your organization’s page is held in confidence. Individual responses are never shared with leadership or with anyone outside the coaching relationship. Patterns inform care. Names do not.
