Tier 1 · Renewal Leadership

Clarity,
before activity.

Start with a Discovery Conversation

Most leadership problems are not skill problems. They are alignment problems.

Leaders and teams who lack internal clarity — about identity, calling, values, and voice — eventually run into pressure they cannot navigate. They build the wrong things. They protect the wrong things. They lead from reaction, not conviction.

The Align Intensive is a short, high-intensity engagement designed to produce real clarity. It is the entry point to Renewal Leadership’s offering stack — and it stands on its own.

The four anchors
of alignment.

The engagement centers on four foundations of leadership formation. Each one is named, articulated, and held together in a working document the leader owns.

01

Identity

Who the leader or team actually is — underneath the role, the strategy, and the pressure. The non-negotiable core.

02

Calling

What the leader or team is uniquely positioned to do — and just as importantly, what they are not. The wide layer and the now layer.

03

Values

The commitments that shape how decisions actually get made under pressure. Stated values, audited honestly against lived ones.

04

Voice

How the leader or team shows up — and what they sound like when they are leading well. Anchored on the GiANT 5 Voices Assessment.

The Alignment
Charter.

Every Align Intensive produces an Alignment Charter — a short, working document the leader or team owns. Identity, calling, values, voice, and operating commitments held in one place.

Leaders and teams return to it in moments of decision and pressure. It does not sit on a shelf. It is the artifact the engagement is built to produce, and the foundation the next chapter is built on.

Inside the Charter

  • Identity statement — the non-negotiable core
  • Calling — wide and current-season layers
  • Core values — defined operationally
  • Voice profile — how the leader shows up at their best
  • Operating commitments — how the leader will lead under pressure
  • The return-to line — one sentence for moments of decision

Two cadences.
Same arc.

Standard Cadence

Distributed across four to six weeks

The default. Room between sessions for the work to settle.

A structured arc of coaching sessions across a normal working calendar. Assessment, then one session per anchor (Identity, Calling, Values, Voice), then a final integration session that lands the Charter.

Individual

Three to four 1:1 coaching sessions plus assessment and integration. Virtual or in-person.

Team

Individual assessments, a one- to two-day in-person intensive, and follow-up sessions.

Retreat Cadence

Condensed across two to three days

For leaders who want immersive, away-from-it-all clarity.

A more rigorous version of the arc, delivered in a single off-site window. Same four anchors at higher intensity, with reflective space and Charter drafting built into the retreat itself.

Individual

Two to three days, one-on-one. Heavier on solitude and integration time.

Team

Two to three days, team-based, off-site. Team Charter completed within the retreat.

Who It Is For

Senior leaders entering a new role · founders at an inflection point · leadership teams that are operating, not yet aligned · executive teams preparing for a season of intensity · existing Renewal Leadership clients resetting for the next chapter.

Defined scope.
Disciplined work.

What this investment buys: a finished Alignment Charter, an arc of intensive coaching anchored on the four foundations, and a clarity foundation that compounds across every decision the leader makes in the years that follow.

The Front Door

Every engagement begins with a free Discovery Conversation. An unhurried conversation about fit. No obligation.

What This Is Not

  • Not a personality test debrief.
  • Not a strengths or skills workshop.
  • Not a strategy retreat.
  • Not a one-and-done event.

The Align Intensive can stand alone. It can also be the on-ramp to deeper work.

Clients who complete an Align Intensive often step into a longer engagement when the work it surfaces calls for it. A bundle credit is available for clients who move into Formation Engagement within sixty days of completing the Intensive.
