Renewal Leadership Group, LLC (“Renewal Leadership,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What We Collect
Information you give us directly. Your name, email address, and any details you share when you contact us, inquire about services, submit a form on our site (including the Leadership Cost Audit), subscribe to updates, or engage us for coaching or consulting work. If you become a client, this may also include billing information and the content you share inside the coaching relationship.
Information from our interactive tools. When you use the Leadership Cost Audit or similar calculators on our site, we collect the inputs you provide — organization size, average salary estimate, turnover rate, engagement rating — along with your name and email if you choose to submit the form for follow-up. These inputs are used to generate your results and may be shared with Andrew Moroz to inform a follow-up conversation.
Basic site analytics. Pages viewed, time on site, general location (country or region), and device type — collected automatically through Squarespace’s built-in analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral profiling.
How We Use What We Collect
To respond to your inquiries and deliver the services you’ve engaged us for. To send occasional updates and content if you’ve opted in. To improve our site and offerings. To meet our legal, contractual, and tax obligations.
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the business, and only to the extent they need it to perform their function.
Service Providers We Use
- Squarespace — website hosting and basic analytics
- Formspree — receiving form submissions, including the Leadership Cost Audit
- Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Drive) — email correspondence and secure storage of documents related to client engagements
Each provider operates under its own privacy practices; we select providers that meet professional standards for data handling.
Email Communications
If you submit a form, contact us, or become a client, we may follow up by email through Gmail. You can ask us to stop sending non-essential email at any time by replying with “unsubscribe” or emailing am@renewalleadership.co. We will honor opt-out requests promptly. Essential service communications related to active engagements will continue until our relationship is concluded.
Your Choices and Rights
You can request to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing am@renewalleadership.co. We will respond within thirty days.
If you are in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.
If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you additional rights including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing your information is your consent (where you have opted in) and our legitimate interest in serving prospective and current clients.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations. Inquiry-stage data — including form submissions from prospects who do not engage — is retained for up to two years for follow-up purposes, then deleted on request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, restricted access to client files, and service providers that meet industry-standard security practices. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and any relevant authority as required by law.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies for site function and basic analytics cookies through Squarespace. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work correctly.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 16, we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.
