# Renewal Leadership > Formation-focused executive coaching and leadership development for faith-informed and mission-driven leaders. You don't need more information. You need formation — alignment, capacity, and endurance built for the long arc. Renewal Leadership Group, LLC forms faithful, resilient leaders for lasting impact. The practice is led by Andrew Moroz — a Ukrainian-American leader, executive coach, and Certified Guide with GiANT Worldwide, with a PhD in Intercultural Studies (Columbia International University) and doctoral research on faithful leadership. The work is faith-informed but engages leaders across mission-driven and marketplace contexts. Renewal Leadership is the formation arm of the Renewal Ecosystem; its nonprofit counterpart, The Renewal Initiative (renewalinitiative.com), carries the same formation work into frontline crisis contexts in Ukraine. The offerings are organized as two front doors leading to the same house. For You (the individual leader): the Align Intensive on-ramp, then either The Renewal Cohort (formed among peers) or Formation Engagement (formed privately, one-to-one). For Your Organization: the Align Intensive for teams, Team Formation, the Strengthening Partnership, and — for an organization in merger or revitalization — The Renewal Engagement. Depth is described in three tiers (Align / Form / Strengthen); the same Align → Form → Strengthen movement runs underneath every engagement. ## Core pages - [Renewal Leadership — Homepage](https://www.renewalleadership.co/): The practice, the conviction (formation over information), the offering map, and a 90-second diagnostic - [Faithful Leadership](https://www.renewalleadership.co/faithful-leadership): The framework and four convictions — conviction, character, consistency, endurance — behind how leaders are formed - [Align Intensive](https://www.renewalleadership.co/align-intensive): Tier 1 — a short, high-intensity clarity engagement (4–6 weeks standard, or a 2–3 day retreat). Identity, calling, values, voice. The on-ramp to both tracks - [The Renewal Cohort](https://www.renewalleadership.co/renewal-cohort): Tier 2, cohort format — a ten-month, whole-person formation cohort for 4–8 leaders from different organizations. Formed among peers. The accessible "For You" door - [Formation Engagement](https://www.renewalleadership.co/formation): Tier 2 — twelve-month formation, anchored on the GiANT 5 Voices framework. Individual (1:1, "For You") and Team Formation (your own intact team, "For Your Organization") - [Strengthening Partnership](https://www.renewalleadership.co/strengthening-partnership): Tier 3 — a long-arc, retained, embedded relationship (Executive Chaplaincy or Executive Coaching) for leaders and organizations under sustained pressure - [The Renewal Engagement](https://www.renewalleadership.co/renewal-engagement): The named situation flagship — Align → Form → Strengthen run end-to-end against one organization in merger or revitalization - [The Renewal Ecosystem](https://www.renewalleadership.co/renewal-ecosystem): How Renewal Leadership pairs with The Renewal Initiative in one continuous learning system - [Founder — Andrew Moroz](https://www.renewalleadership.co/founder): Background, credentials, and the church-merger story behind the work - [Contact](https://www.renewalleadership.co/contact): Start a Discovery Conversation — the free front door of every engagement ## Free tools - [Leadership Cost Audit](https://www.renewalleadership.co/cost-audit): A free diagnostic for an organization — estimates the annual cost of bad leadership from your own numbers and recommends a starting engagement. The organization-facing entry tool - [The 90-second diagnostic](https://www.renewalleadership.co/#diagnostic): On the homepage — three questions that route an individual leader to the right starting offering. The individual-facing entry tool - [Merger-or-revitalization readiness check](https://www.renewalleadership.co/renewal-engagement#diagnostic): A free four-question check for an organization in transition — am I a candidate for a merger or a revitalization? Gives an honest read and routes to a confidential conversation. The transition-facing entry tool - [Merger Readiness Check](https://www.renewalleadership.co/merger-readiness): A free six-question screening for organizations seriously considering a merger. Surfaces the two factors that derail most mergers — motive and willingness to release control — and returns Ready / Conditional / Not Yet - [Revitalization Readiness Check](https://www.renewalleadership.co/revitalization-readiness): A free six-question check for declining organizations. Honest read on whether revitalization is still the path, whether rebirth-through-merger is more hopeful, or whether the conversation is something else - [Care Hub](https://www.renewalleadership.co/care-hub): A curated hub of trusted partners who care for the whole leader — financial, legal, vocational, relational, and spiritual ## The offering map Track A — For You (the individual leader) - Align Intensive (Tier 1, on-ramp): $6,000 standard / $8,000 retreat - The Renewal Cohort (Tier 2, cohort): $5,000 per seat, ten months, 4–8 leaders - Formation Engagement, Individual (Tier 2, 1:1): $12,000, twelve months ($1,000/month) Track B — For Your Organization - Align Intensive, Team (Tier 1, on-ramp): from $15,000 (standard) / from $20,000 (retreat) - Team Formation (Tier 2): $30,000, twelve months ($2,500/month) — your own intact team, formed privately - Strengthening Partnership (Tier 3): from $3,500 / $5,000 / $8,500+ per month - The Renewal Engagement (situation flagship): Tier 3 outcomes-based, scoped to the arc — for merger or revitalization The sorting question between the Cohort and Formation Engagement is the vehicle, not the depth: be formed privately and around your own situation (Formation Engagement), or alongside a company of peers from other organizations (the Cohort). Open versus closed separates the Cohort (leaders from many organizations) from Team Formation (one organization's own team). ## Key facts - Legal entity: Renewal Leadership Group, LLC (brand: Renewal Leadership) - Founder: Andrew Moroz — executive coach, GiANT Worldwide Certified Guide, PhD in Intercultural Studies (Columbia International University) - Conviction: "You don't need more information. You need formation." The work is formation — character, capacity, and endurance formed under real conditions, not content transferred. - Not a one-off workshop or a personality-test debrief. Engagements are arcs with real deliverables. - Not therapy or clinical counseling. Where deeper clinical needs surface, Renewal Leadership refers. - Not generic leadership training. It is faith-informed and built around the Faithful Leadership convictions, delivered through coaching rather than curriculum alone.
